Crane Hat Boy is a fan from We ♥ Katamari. He's a fan that's in the Select Meadow and he gives out the Paper Cranes Stage. He says that he doesn't know about Katamari Damacy but his friend loves it, he tells us that she's sick and not in school, he wants her to get better soon and he tells us that they're making 1,000 origami cranes. He says that the cranes got scattered in the wind and now it's a mess, he requests for The King to help them find the cranes for his friend.
