Rain Coat Girl is a fan from We ♥ Katamari. She's a fan that's in the Select Meadow and she gives out the Clouds Stage. She says that everyone in her school loves Katamari Damacy and that the sutdents and teachers play together, she states that her field trip is tomorrow and it's supposed to rain, she and her classmates have talked about it in homeroom and they request to roll up all the rain clouds.
Appearance
Rain Coat Girl primarily wears a yellow rain coat with green buttons, she wears blue jeans and pink shoes. She also carries a brown backpack, she has brown hair but is mostly covered from her hood.
