Takoage-kun (also known as Kite Boy) is a minor character featured on the We ♥ Katamari version of Katamari on the Web. He is friends with Mutsuo Hoshino and they live in the same apartment complex. He requests the King to let him fly a King kite.

Takoage-kun is a year older than Mutsuo Hoshino. However, Mutsuo's actual age is unknown.
Takoage-kun's texture
His shirt has "octopus" on its backside. The Japanese words for octopus and kite are both pronounced as "tako," making a pun.
