to a T is the title of Keita Takahashi's newest project. The game is made in collaboration with AbleGamers due to its storyline being an allegory for being disabled.[2]
The game centers around a teenager simply named "Teen," who is stuck in a T-Pose. Due to Teen's irregular position, their dog assists them in everyday chores and activities, such as: Getting dressed, washing their face, brushing their teeth, and even using the restroom. Different minigames detail the accommodations that Teen must make in order to live everyday. Being a game of the "adventure" genre, you can explore the coastal town which Teen and their friends and family live in. There are shops and restaurants to visit, including a deli ran by an anthropomorphic giraffe.[3] Multiple clothing styles are available for Teen to wear, such as T-shirts, overalls, and more. Thanks to Teen's ambiguous gender identity, the player is allowed to dress them in either female or male Japanese uniforms.[4]

The game was first teased in July of 2022 with a 22-second long trailer, depicting Teen being licked on the face by their dog.
The game's title is a play on "to-a-t," which is said to describe something perfect and fitting, and the T-pose which Teen is constantly in. The game's theme repeats the lyrics: "Never forget, you're the perfect shape."
